One of these days I'll write a Gospel tract on that theme. The ones who shock me the most are those who claim to know Christ and rudely slams the door to show their disdain towards us when we go evangelizing. The verse in John 13:35 always comes to mind: "By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one toward another." Look how Christianity is treated today, almost like some plague, every religion in our country has more rights then Christians.

Believeing a lie is often much easier then facing the truth. The truth hurts, but lies can be covered with bandaids.DaCatsterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08940576017929388330noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20213892.post-1151123836226364422006-06-23T21:37:00.000-07:002006-06-23T21:37:00.000-07:00Right behind you on this one! Several, in fact, today. When they can't answer, they fall back on their feelings. They proclaim their ultimate authority, their living prophet. One told me yesterday that even if I could show it from the Bible, he wouldn't believe it. He believes the Lying Prophet. When so many love the lies today, we shouldn't struggle to see that many will love the lies tomorrow.Dave Mallinakhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01251231774542596620noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20213892.post-1151122148190146452006-06-23T21:09:00.000-07:002006-06-23T21:09:00.000-07:00You are right. It will not be a large group (compared to the population of Earth) that is taken in the Rapture, and it certainly seems that the world will be glad to be rid of us. Those who heard us preach and witness and did not receive the truth will be sent a strong delusion and will believe the lie of the Antichrist, that they might be damned (2 Thes 2).

If what the Bible says about salvation is true (and it certainly is), then I conclude that there aren't many saved folks around.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
